“I'm still waiting for a pair or Nike's, they are over...”

I'm still waiting for a pair or Nike's, they are over A MONTH LATE. I'm in Ireland and they insist that the order was shipped but can't provide no proof from the Royal Mail or a tracking link as normal packages receive. I think they did not shipped the product yet and they are stalling for time, they refuse to provide a refund, all-do the product was not delivered within the 10 working days, they are now asking for me to wait longer before they can refund. Never going to shop from this store again. EVER. My advice: go to another store.
