I ordered a camera which never arrived, made various complaints and finally received a charge back from my UK credit card company. If you have placed an order and paid by credit card, I advise you to do the same.



I also received this response from the FTC in USA:

The FTC is in litigation with the owner of this Website and has confirmed that the company's funds were frozen by its payment processor. The Website is no longer accepting orders and the FTC has confirmed the company has no other funds from which to refund its customers. If you paid for a product purchased on this Website but did not receive one I encourage you to report the matter to your credit or debit card issuing bank. If you received no product you may be eligible for a chargeback or refund as the company is an off-shore retailer based in the United States. To the extent these rights exist, there may be a limited duration so you should pursue this promptly.



In the event you have lost money it would assist us to know whether you were successful in obtaining a refund or chargeback from your card issuer.
