I have given this product an overall of 3 stars because of its 24/7 availability without down time.
On the rare occasions I have had to telephone the customer service dept they have been helpful enough, it's just a pain queuing and going thru the menus.
The speed drops dramatically at peak hours but don't all broadband services suffer from this? Normal surfing is OK but online gaming or downloads are a no no.
After reading the horror stories about other ISP's like Sky and O2 etc, BT do seem to offer better VFM and I intend to stay with them.
The only other issue that winds me up is the 100 Gb usage cap. I suppose the asterisk next to the 'unlimited usage' line in the advert is warning enough to read the jargon about their fair usage policy, but should they even be allowed to advertise unlimited usage when it clearly isn't?
