I have ordered couple of times from the website and have been instore. Each time I've had issues. The first time the idems were not delivered by DPD on the day they said but JoJo would not give me a refund. The cost of sending clothes back is rather high and does mean that it can become quite costly. I have been overcharged instore, but their customer services said I would have to contact the store for a refund which I did, only to be told that I would have to go back to store to get the refund - however it would cost me almost as much in time and petrol to do this. There doesn't seem to be any accountability for issues when you try online or a store. Shocking service and won't be recommending to anyone!!!
