the helpline is far from it,taking 10minutes to be answered,obstructed by minions and computer error especially around their "secure system!".They consistently prevent the free transfer of funds ,limiting the daily amount to £10000 despite hanging on to fignificant funds.They even block paypal!!!

I need to change my bank despite being with them fo 30 years!!
