I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED AS A LOYAL NATWEST CUSTOMER FOR 26 YEARS, WITH A 100% CREDIT RATING, WITH A £250,000 DEPOSIT FOR OUR DREAM HOME, NATWEST HAS BEEN UNABLE TO GIVE US A DECISION ON A £101,000.00 INTEREST ONLY MORTGAGE FOR THE LAST THREE WEEKS, WHICH WAS TO BE PAID OFF ON THE SALE OF OUR CURRENT HOME.WE OWN THIS OUTRIGHT!! WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT A DECISION WILL BE MADE ON 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND DAYS, NOW IT HAS BEEN REFERRED AS THE CHAP UNDERWRITING IT, DIDN'T FEEL COMPETANT TO MAKE A DECISION.WE HAVE NOW LOST OUR DREAM HOME!!!!

PLEASE IF YOUR HAVE FINANCIAL SECURITY DO NOT USE NATWEST, THEY CAN'T COPE WITH IT..... RUN VERY QUICKLY TO ANOTHER LENDER!!!!!
