I've used a bluebottle account for a number of years now both online and through Outlook and Thunderbird.
After being free for a year or so in 2008 I was forced to start paying; everyone had my address and although somewhat miffed I thought that about 6 quid was a fair charge for access for a year. I paid again in 2009.
It came round to renew about a month ago I reluctantly agreed, again because everyone had this address. My access subsequently failed, I was charged 9.95 USD, their support email no longer works so I can't chase up a refund!
Bye bye bluebottle, off to GMail for FREE email!
