i am in e situation and after 25 days of call and letter from my solicitor i have not news about my money , any call to customer service is a waist of time they just ask to fill a claim and wait, my accounts frozen and all my money from personal and business account transfered to manchester premier ,
how long they can keep the money and what the customers could do to protect themselves?

Well what do you expect, because barclays are employing mobile phone salesmen, double glazing salesman and any other salesmen you can think of. The so called 'manager' have little or no experience of the finacial world or business for that matter. The basis of employment, is purely to hit number targets and it doesn't matter how that is doen- need I say more.
