“Absolutely no communications and good not received at...”

Absolutely no communications and good not received at 21 days. No response to e-mail and telehone number not valid. Would not recommend anyone deal with this company. My payment was taken straight away and i have not received any of my order. Neither have i received a refund after cancelling the order 3 times.
