“I went there with my 12 year old girl. We had come...”

I went there with my 12 year old girl. We had come from Ireland and traveled by car from Holyhead to Alton. We stayed in a fabulous Bed and Breakfast right beside the park (Trough Ivy House) and walked into the park about 10am.

We had a fantastic time, highly recommended, especially for the over 10s.

We traveled more and went to Windsor. There was a huge queue for the castle so went to Legoland instead. We had a two for one voucher so I had to pay £38 to get in. I will keep this very short. All of the 'good' rides were at least an hour wait, the place was worn out and we could not wait to leave the place.

I was not only angry for going in but I felt cheated. A kid in one of our queues said to his dad "Why do they call it Legoland". I wondered why also?
