I think they are comparatively new in the market and aggressively growing. In this phase when they are in process of changing from Il & fs to HSBC invest Direct, the things are bound to be little difficult. But when the set up is complete the focus should be more on service and being a world bank, chances are that they will defnintely improve by leaps and bounds.



My experience so far has been good however I still see more good things ahead for hsbc direct invest. cheers.......
