Just tried to book a flight with them, I was given a confirmation number but the payment is still pending. Called their call centre (the charge is £0.75/min) and they said their credit/debit card booking system is down and I will receive a confirmation by e-mail when the problem is sorted. Still waiting for that e-mail. Worst customer service.
