NON FOUND AT THE MOMENT


Bad Points

Within 12 hours of the washing machine being delivered, and one wash (not including the machine washout) the washing machine was unusable.
Furthermore the Dyson and Currys technical help lines were useless. They said it will require an engineer to have the machine fixed.
Let's face it, when you spend £877.65 on a washing machine which is nearly twice as much as top of the range of other manufacturers, you do not expect for it to be breaking down within 12 hours of recieving it.


General Comments

Whilst the Dyson CR01 Memory washing machine boasts all these wonderful facilities, it can hardly be considered reliable when you only manage to get 1 wash out of the machine.
The old Hoover machine we bought five years ago second hand for £120 is by far a better and more reliable machine.
Obtaining a service engineer when it is suitable for you is a nightmare.
I recommend not to purchase this machine, for those that have I hope your having better luck than me. I was very happy with my DC01 but more than just annoyed at the CR01 mem.

    Having no luck at all with my DC01 memory machine.
    It's one thing after another been out twice so far just this month. out again next week great

    I am on my fourth replacement washer. Dyson have now given me the newest model, the CR02. I have no faith in the machine lasting any longer than the other ones did. I think that we are the real testers of this contraption at our cost.
