I just loved the flight and the comfort level. I am a veggie and even though I requested for a hindu veggie meal the staff messed up and gave me some other kind of veggie meal. But I dint mind that a lot. The flight was on time.
I could not make it back on the day I was supposed to because of my grandmother's death and therefore I had to let go of the ticket. I took the ticket from a travel agent since it was a discounted ticket , I was told that I am not eligible for a refund. I wrote a mail to the Airfrance Customer server and they wanted me to send me a whole bunch of information. I did that and within a short while my wife and I got a refund.
Air France customer server ROCKS!!!! Thanks guys.
