Bought a wooden John Crane balancing bike/first bike for my 3yr old.. one of the wooden washers on the front split - didn't affect the ride/handling and could have probably lived with it but thought I'd email anyway to see if they could send out a replacement part. Email answered very quickly (on a Sunday!) and said part would arrive later the next week - part arrived on Tuesday, and it was a whole brand new wheel! Excellent service all around, highly recommended - thanks very much!
