As far as I can see this is a small firm run by a young man called Charlie - he seems to have re-created an old name (Henry Herbert) from way back. I had a rough idea of what I wanted - a three piece suit. I approached Henry Herbert because they seemed a small, personalable firm and I wanted a personal service. What I got was something totally different from what I expected. It was a very personal service - to the point that I had a slight concern over my waistcoat choice and got a response from Charlie within minutes....in the evening! But what was different from what I had initially expected was the suit. I approached it with the default setting of a grey charcoal suit and I was shown a variety of charcoals. But my eyes were opened to the world of tweed and the Henry Herbert tailors steered me through the minefield of Irish and Scottish cloths and I have just received the most marvelous looking slim fit tweed suit, better than I coudl ever imagined...I absolutely adore it and I am so happy that they were willing to help push my 'default' thought outside the box.
