Rang telephone banking. Aswered a security question incorrectly about a recent credit .Immediately rectified it and rhymed off all transactions from my statement in front of me.This would not do as the man could"only take the first answer"-How ridiculous!-and the call cost me money! 2nd attempt!-Was told I WAS NOT REGISTERED for telephone banking-This is automatic with the internet account I was using.YORKSHIRE BANK IS JUST A JOKE.AM IN THE PROCESS OF TRANFERING MY ACCOUNT.
