These people are so infuriating there is no human contact so when it goes wrong it's a total nightmare I ordered dresses that never arrived and then was told they had been returned I explained I really wanted the dresses and had waited in for 2 days and that no courier had attempted delivery but they just kept saying the courier was refused and a refund will be with you in 5 to 10 days. I didn't want a refund just my items delivered but they just don't get it.......

Total shambles and very frustrated as now have to go and find alternative dresses in a day
