I have used this bank for nearly two years. Every time I have used their services I have ended up chasing them up to do their job. I requested bank statements this took over six months and two attempts to get. I had to sit in the Branch for three hours. I have Business account with them after a promise of a quick turn round in setting up the accounting it took over a month to set this service up. I have in the passed asked them to cancel direct direct debits only for them to be paid.



Take my advice never use this bank. They never do what they are supposed to do and you always end up chasing someone to do it.
