Good Points

Monitor is the clearest, sharpest and brightest I have ever seen. Good comfortable feel in the hand. Zoom is the
best on the digital market. Numerous features. Method and layout of access to features is logical and makes sense, in other words its easy to use.

General Comments

This Olympus C700 digital camera seems to hit the nail on the head. It is the Standard camera makers should use. The camera is well balanced weightwise and feels great to hold in one hand comfortably.
Quality of the pictures is super. Overall appearance is of a much more expensive camera. Manufactures choice of a relatively low range Digital zoom was smart. The 2.5 digital zoom is all any camera should have to keep from getting distortion when zooming, even with a 2.5 digital zoom and the 10X Optical zoom it is equal to around 1040 mm when comparing it to an SLR and that is absolutely awesome.
