My cross-breed dog Angel was always fed Butcher's wet and Baker's dry food with occassional treats. She then went off her food and I mean not eating anything so after a few days we took her to the vet she had developed pancreatitis and was really unwell and in a lot of pain. The vet had her on Royal Canin (cost a fortune) for a fortnight and then recommended Chappie. We have not looked back - this is a fab food for any dog that suffers from this painful condition or even just for roly poly dogs fed too many treats. I just wonder why the company who manufacture it dont spend money advertising just how good it is - like everyone else I thought it was a cheap and not very full of nutrient dog food. If the company are looking for a star for their commercial our healthy wee Angel will oblige...for a fee... free Chappie for life.
