I have had the CeramicTech straightners for over 6 years and I really cannot fault them! I have pretty unmanageable hair, but they are great for it. All my friends have GHD's and every single one of them have replaced them during that time - problems including plates falling out and beginning to snag/pull hair. These have been through lots of use, been chucked in bags for holidays/weekends away, been knocked to the floor and still they are perfect. I'd recommend them to anyone.
