probably the worst customer service I have experienced. was asked to pick my bike up after it had been serviced and when I rode it the bearing in the front wheel was gone. How they could have missed this i have no idea. the apologised and asked me to pay for a new wheel which would be needed to replace the existing one.
I go back to the store to collect my bike and they charge me for the service and the wheel which i had already paid for AGAIN.
I challenged this and they asked me to provide a reciept to prove that id already paid for it
So i go home, come back to the store with a reciept and they refund me.
No real apology, just shouted out NEXT! referring to the next customer
ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!!!! (CHISWICK STORE)
