Nice range of quality outdoor products. Free delivery can take a while but is still a good feature nonetheless. Once had an issue whereby I only found out an item ordered wasn't on hand due to a stock count error after I rang Facewest to see where my order was after a week or so. Bit of a communication break down in terms of advising that there would be a delay of several weeks. Other than that, I just hope they get a bit of a greater depth to their range and make site navigation a bit more flexible; it's pretty poor at present.
