We flew out to Calgary and prebooked our seats. These were changed before we flew by Canadian Affair. No apology or refund. The outbound flight to Calgary was fine plenty of legroom and empty seats. Returning from Vancouver was a nightmare. The plane was full. Seats were very cramped. My husband had a window seat and a metal box took up half the space under the seat. We had to swap seats. We laughed when they said about the brace position during the safety talk. No way could you adopt this within the space. To add to this discomfort the entertainment system didn't work. Staff were very apologetic and handed out complaint forms but did not offer a free drink from the cart to compensate in some way. We have heard nothing from CA shall not be using them again.
