General Comments

I placed my order with Techtronics.com on the 31st January 2002. My order was a DVD Player. It arrived on the 16th Feb and when plugged in didn't work. It was returned to Techtronics on the 19th where it has stayed in their supposed 'Workshop' since. I have phoned repeatedly for updates, no help whatsoever. The 'manager' of customer services never returns my calls and all in all this has to be the worst service I have encountered. Potential purchasers of electrical media, stay away! You will end up frustrated. To this very day I don't know when or if my machine will ever turn up. Rating of 1 star - the default is one star. This is too generous.
