This rowing machine was very easy to assembell,took about 25 minutes.used it for the first time today and it gave me a very good workout,i reguuarly run half marathons and this rower made me sweat as much.It also has 12 different levels of strength which you can adjust to your comfort.And also its a nice size as it does not take up much space,so im very happy with it as it saves gym fees and gives a whole body workout at home.
