Salesman lied about it being a water softener, its a water purifier. Water is nasty and we still have spots. Customer service is horrible. We have been dealing with them for over a month. They lied about send us our refund and everytime I call I'm always told someone will call you back. My next step is court for my refund. I also have ants that come up thru the backwashing tube and comes out in my sink and tub. Do not waste your money. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I am sorry that this customer believes that our product is a water softener, as we are very diligent on our web site and in our marketing material to be clear that we are a water softener alternative. We NEVER make claims that we eliminate water spots. Our certification to ANSI/NSF 42 shows that we eliminate the taste and odor of chlorine for a minimum of 1.6 million gallons. This is the only claim that we make about our product. I am sorry that this customer is unhappy, and per our policy, we gave this customer a full refund.
<br/>We taked great pride in our service, and have been in business 26 years and have over 40,000 customers. I feel that this reveiw does not accurately reflect our company and our service.
