Have used this outlet on Ebay only once but felt that I should let others know my experience of same.



I bought a refurbished LG 19LG3050 19" HD READY LCD TV WITH FREEVIEW as an extra TV, actually for my bedroom. I found that the screen was too small, so my 17 year old grand-daughter bought it from me and loves it. The item works perfectly well and has a 12 month warranty.



However, the setting up of this item was quite difficult, no proper instructions and, after managing to do it, the TV would not work - then suddenly realised that the battery supplied for the remote was FLAT! This was too niggly a complaint so supplied my own, BUT it was very annoying, nevertheless.



I left 4 star feedback on Ebay because of this. I do feel that this Outlet IS good value for money and the delivery was quick, efficient and at a reasonable price.. I did not deal with customer services so cannot comment on that aspect - BUT I have read some of the other feedback on Ebay and there are quite a few complaints about them ignoring customers complaints and also some about defective items being supplied.



Incidentally, I had an email from their customer services asking why I had not left feedback - I HAD left feedback, in fact immediately after I had set up the TV- so, actually, they are not too organized at all are they?



All in all, I do think that TESCO OUTLET IS A BIT HIT & MISS - maybe worth a look if you do not want to pay top whack for something - but, I suppose 'you pays your money and takes your choice'. I will maybe give it another go when I need something they supply but I WILL be wary as I think others should be.



I have left a * rating for customer service as it is required here but it IS based on what others have said as I did not deal directly with them.
