Do not stand behind their warranty. I have left messages, emails, sent pictures and no reply! Trampoline is less than two years old and looking at having to buy another one.

I just received my 14' x 16' XHD Olympus Pro Rectangle Trampoline...right now frustrated since it did not come with instructions
