I have been trying to ring boohoo they have cut my call off three times now.so annoyed, i am ringing to let them know i have to send a pair of jeans back which does not fit for my daughter. I have spent 40 mins trying to get through. maybe boohoo will have the decency to call me back.why do we have to contact you to return something never heard of that in my life....anyway i will be posting the jeans back tomorrow and i hope her refund will be credited without any problems.please call to confirm this as you do not pick up your phone and she cant email you because she has mislaid her password therfore cant get into your website.
