Suckered into Gold membership after emails saying old friends were trying to reach me. No one did. Their web site was very difficult to get help from. A job and email change ended the SPAM from them, but I couldn't log into the accouint anymore. Tried to quit last year, but couldn't get through nor log into account. This year I have spent lots of time chatting back and forth with classmates.com, learning that they default to auto renew, too bad for me. No refund policy, became my fault that I could not access site to quit. Facebook.com is much more effective (and free) and I have reconnected with nearly 100 old HS friends. Bye bye Classmates.com
