Worst booking ever. I successfully booked a hotel room only to have them send me an email the day before check in that the reservations was screwed up.
"We have been contacted by the Radisson Hotel San Francisco Airport Bay Front in regards to your reservation with them. Unfortunately the hotel is unable to accept your reservation. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, we would like to relocate you to another property. Please contact the Hotel Partner Support Department who will assist you in finding alternate accommodations. "
DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!!!!
