we hired a car from premiercar jet after i had read good reviews about them, we were sent to goldcar and picked up a fiesta trend for a 10 day rental, we purchased the extra top up insurance from premiercar jet at a cost of 17 euros to cover tyres,underside, keys etc..when we arrived at gold car we were told this did not cover tyres, keys etc and we would have to purchase there insurance at 5 euro per day, i argued a little a politely told him where to stick his insurance and we agreed no insurance would be paid but i would not be insured...they also charged 70 euro for a full tank on fiesta trend 1.2l engine,which was way over the top also took 20 minutes looking for car in car park as was not in the right bay as told it was, also had to give car back with a quarter tank left it broke my heart, overall i feel let down by both premiercarjet and goldcar you get told 1 thing by premier and another by goldcar,its all a big fiddle.. i have emailed premier car jet several times about the insurance and have had no responce suprise surprise...
