False economy, what you pay for is what u get.I'm only 5ft 2in cramped in led room, In-flight entertainment pr- historic all 7 movies started together and tough luck if u didn't liked the one u picked as u had to wait until they other finished b4 u could view another simply not good enough. as a result of lack of drinks offered had to go to cabin crew galley many times for water as a result of lack of fluid suffered dehydration and developed sore throat n asthma kicked up. sop Virgin Atlantic never again and wont be recommending them no way. It Continental airways for my husband n myself from now on. where your are cared for 110%.

I agree that on the older planes the IFE does need upgrading, but it's your fault if you want to change films...

<br/>With the drinks issue, what is wrong with asking for more water? Again its your fault if you didn't drink enough. They offered you drinks, they couldn't constantly ask every Economy passenger if they want more water, you have to ask.
