Tried booking a car through their website, but after i put in my payment details etc and clicked confirm it churned for a few seconds then returned me to the search page with no confirmation or anything. I had to ring their customer service to make sure i hadn't been charged, which took another 30 minutes in holding time. When a business is based around a website you would expect that it would work!!



wont use again.
