F&H TV arrived and all was well until we started to watch it for over 1 hour then had a problem. Contacted Ebuyer, very easily done via website with e-note, who swiftly arranged for collection to inspect & repair (if possible) or replace tv. TV was repairable and was collected within specified time. Unfortunately mishandling by courier and tv arrived back with us damaged. Contacted ebuyer (by phone this time as wanted to discuss with them immediately about the problem), handled very efficiently by their customer service team. Courier arranged for collection and inspection of unit before Ebuyer could arrange replacement, within 2 weeks Ebuyer sent us a brand new set. Fortunately this was not our main tv set and so the time taken wasn't really a problem. All in all the product is good (especially for the price) and the customer service received was helpful and efficient. We have bought several products from Ebuyer and will continue to do so. Would definately recommend as their products are usually much cheaper than anyone else, their delivery service is great (often FOC) and the customer service (when needed) has been spot on.
