I bought a necklace for my partner from the site - It is apparently made from tungsten carbide which should not break. After being worn twice, the link snapped into 2 pieces.



I have returned it once to be fixed, and it has come back and broken again. I'm not sure that the metal is tungsten carbide - I suspect it is a different metal, as it breaks far too easily.



The company is based in Hong Kong which means it takes several months between receiving an item and having it "repaired". They expect you to pay all postage costs associated with having it repaired. I paid a substantial amount of money for this and I am incredibly disappointed.



I honestly would not recommend this website to anyone - I only used it as it is difficult to find stockists of tungsten carbide and I definitely regret it.
