Worst service ever! Trying to send money online, I can't even get past the second screen because it keeps flagging my account for bogus reasons!
They tell me that my name is not how it is on the card. Turns out I put the name that I go by, and the NAME THAT's ON THE CARD (Paul) instead of my legal name, DIRK.
So okay, I send them an e-mail to verify that it's the right person. I send them a photocopy of my drivers license and bank statement like they ask. Does that fix it? No!! They tell me I have to delete my old account and make a new one because their security system is so horribly bad that's the only way it'll work! So I do that, AND I GET FLAGGED AGAIN! PIECE OF TRASH SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. WEBSITE IS USELESS. DO NOT USE. Sending cash via mail would be a better option than this! It'll likely get there faster and with no hassle of their horrible system!
