My fianc and I recently flew from Shreveport to Vegas to get married. The flight from Shreveport was fine but the flight from Vegas was not. There was a lady taking our tickets named Sherry, who I do believe was the rudest lady I've ever met. Here's what happened.

Another worker called to board seats 30-36. When the customers walked up to hand in their boarding passes Sherry yelled at the first person there saying that she had not called for those seats. The customer stated that the other lady had called the seats which the other worker agreed that she had. Sherry yelled at both of them that she calls the seats in which she turned to her microphone and called the same exact seats the other lady had already called. Then Sherry started making people consolidate their carry on or she was going to make them check their bags. She then yelled at them again to get out of the way. I'm not kidding when I say she yelled and it was a tone that was rude and hateful. We get up to her and she said she is going to check our carry on bag, when we stated that we had carried the bag on coming there she yelled, WELL YOU MAY HAVE! We asked where the baggage size checker was. She wouldn't say anything so we looked around to find one. After we found one and our bag fit perfectly we showed it to her she didn't say another word to us, just yanked our tickets out of our hand and started yelling at the next poor customer. Her supervisor did not seem to care how she was treating people when we told him either. After reading other reviews I found that many other people had the same problem with this airline.

Are we not paying for a service with Allegiant Air? Are we not the customer? We will NEVER fly Allegiant again and neither will the other 21 people who came to our wedding. I don't care how cheap it is, it's not worth being yelled at and treated with disrespect.
