AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! From start to finish Release travel made my best friends hen weekend a nightmare, they were unorganised & unconcerned that they were ruining what was supposed to be one of the most memorable weekends of my friends life. Unfortunately we remember it for all the wrong reasons!! We were a group of 18 who ended up with 16 tickets for the theatre (that we were not given so had to spend an hour at the box office on the night sorting it out almost missing the show) split into two seperate hotels miles apart & on different tube routes, denied access to the onsite spa as Release travel had not paid for it, booked in at our restaurant at a different time to what we had been told, there were so many issues with this hen weekend I would not have enough time or space to detail them all. When we complained (before, during & after the hen weekend) we were told there was nothing they were going to do about it, we had no choice but to make the most of our substandard weekend. A big dissappointment all round. BEWARE as soon as you have paid your balance in full Release travel will be mainly unobtainable, never returning calls or solving problems, they couldn't be more helpful before you have paid them!!!!!
