I've recently brought a lateral thigh trainer, I try to do 20mins 4 times a week but my weight is still the same any suggestions????

Hi, thought i may aswell reply for people like me (still using this site) You are building muscle. Once you have what your body thinks the correct muscle for what you are doing-excersize wise- your fat will shed in weeks.
