I went in to John Lewis - a 15 minute walk across one side of Glasgow to the other - to buy a netbook. They had only a display model in store, so I along with an employee, who knew less about the product than I did, ordered it nnline so I could get the netbook the next day. I thn had to collect the netbook from the store the following day - another 15 minute hike. Where is the customer care in all this. In future - if I buy anything from John Lewis - I'll buy it online. I certainly didn't see much of the famous john Lewis customer care. The view of the assistant and his boss seemed to be tough luck.

A fifteen minute walk..? They got it in the next day, and you are moaning that you had to walk for fifteen minutes? Boo-hoo.
