As you can see from most web sites , people moostly only post if they have had a problems, put it in to perspective, pc world as a company must sell millions of computers each year, if they only have a few bad complaints then i guess they are doing a great job.



I got my laptop online, delivered when expected, had a problem with dead pixels, went to my local store, kinda expecting a bit of a fight, but they swapped the laptop, transfered my data , installed my software. This wa sall done while i waited, took about an hour. I hav enever experanced couster service like it. It was outstanding. A+++++++++
