I signed up for BlueMountain.com's free trial offer then cancelled after 5 days of my 15-day offer. I followed the necessary links to cancel and submitted my information. After 20 days, I was STILL charged the annual fee of $15.99. DO NOT use this website and DO NOT sign up for a free trial unless you plan on paying the annual membership fee. The company does not provide helpful service and will not reimburse anyone for charged membership fees regardless of cancellation status.
