Product was really easy to use straight out of the box. The suction is really good and it had no trouble at all with even really long, stubborn cat hairs and stray bits of gerbil bedding! I found it very easy to maintain and clean out too. The turbo toll is very good on my fabric sofas and other soft furnishings. The tool holder is very clever and keeps all the bits and bobs that you need close to hand and easy to access. A highly recommended product.
