So glad I came across Metsuki Glasses Direct. I purchased a pair of hard-to-find Hackett glasses and top notch lenses from them and they worked out around half the price I would have paid in Vision Express (or anywhere else). That was a saving of over £100. As they weren't in stock I had to wait a couple of days extra but they still arrived in five working days. Service and communication was great, they kept me well informed by test message about what the status of my order was, and I could call them up and always get a prompt and polite response (I tried calling before I ordered). I could have tried other online stores but the fact that I couldn't get an answer to my call really put me off going elsewhere. Highly recommended.
