“From calling to let them know we were 20 mins away we...”

From calling to let them know we were 20 mins away we had to wait 35 mins in the freezing cold. They never checked the car over before they left with or wrote down the mileage in front of me. Were rude and told me off because they had to wait for me on delivery!
