I ordered a pair of Adidas Copa Mundial football boots. What arrived was a pair of Adidas Kaiser 5's, a similar boot but of lower quality and retailing at £30 cheaper.



In the absence of a phone number I emailed Sports Direct as I was not happy to have to incur costs of returning the product by recorded delivery when it was a mistake by Sports Direct. In the absence of a response to my email I took the product in to my local store in Brighton and was able to exchange the boot for the correct pair. This incurred petrol and parking costs.



Sports Direct should have sent me the right boot in the first place. This was my first time using them and would not do so again, despite the fact that prices are often a few pounds cheaper than competitors. In future I will stick to Pro Direct Soccer as thay have never let me down.
