If I could give 0 stars, I would. Some friends and I were trying to book flights to go on an American Council of the Blind conference, and we found some really good deals on lastminute.com. When we entered the card ino, we got a message back from the sight that there was a booking error and to try again later. The tickets were $457 for two, but the charge came through on my friend's card for $1300 and we received no email confirmin the charge. When we called lastminute.com we were told thy had put no charge on the card, however we have the proof. I'm pretty sure we can straighten this out with the card company, but it's sad that we have to deal with this frustration. It makes it hard to trust anyone.
